Bucharest - a vibrant city

Bucharest is a vibrant European capital city, currently home to over 2 million people. Bucharest is one of the most significant cultural, social, economical and political centres in Romania, being its capital.

If the winds of change blew you to Bucharest for at least a few days, you’re in luck! Renting a car and exploring it piece by piece will be an adventure.

After that, we recommend you visit The National Museum of Natural History “Grigore Antipa” - that should take at least two hours because it’s one of the most impressive and well-cared museums in Romania.

After you’re done visiting and ready for a bite to eat and a good glass of wine, we recommend the Old Town of Bucharest. In the 19th and 20th centuries, Bucharest was called “Little Paris” - and the Old Town was a big reason for that naming.
